Making an IQCP Current

When an IQCP is defined and the Make Current Upon Sign-off policy is not enabled, then when the IQCP is signed off, it goes into Pre-released status. An IQCP in Pre-released status must be made Current before it can be used in the system. Once the IQCP becomes Current, the previous version of the IQCP becomes Expired.

1. From the IQCP record, click the Other Actions > Make Current.
   
2. Enter the rationale for making the IQCP current.
3. Click the Sign-off button.
   Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
   Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after making the IQCP Current and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the IQCP Detail or back to the Portal Page.
